This company was founded on personal and professional service and we'll aim to make your search for your next home a better experience.

We'll take time to understand your requirements to ensure you are notified of properties that may interest you.  All of us live locally, or have done so and there should always be someone available to describe a property's location, how to get there or just local intel.

This website includes guides to each area we cover with details of transport links, local services and schools.  On each property page a schools tab with take you to an interactive map showing local schools as well as rail stations.

In line with Government legislation, there are no mandatory charges or fees for you to pay when you take up a tenancy with us.  Where we ask for a holding deposit to secure the property whilst references are taken, this deposit will form part of the first month’s rent, terms apply.  Usually, you will be asked to pay a deposit of equal to five weeks' rent and the first month's rent in advance at the start of a tenancy.

Our experienced team of letting experts will ensure the smooth process, enabling you to move into your new home as swiftly as possible.  Where the landlord has asked us to manage the property also, we will ensure that all maintenance issues are dealt with professionally with only trusted local tradesmen and specialists, and a 24 hour emergency service is in place.
