Richard Saunders  FNAEA  MARLA

Richard started his career in estate agency 50 years ago with a commercial firm in London’s West End, before joining Frost Brothers in 1977.  Here he gained huge experience leading their sales offices including Sutton, Tadworth, Chipstead and Banstead.

Richard established his own company in 1997 in Banstead High Street, one of the first to advertise properties on the internet.

Richard continues to lead the company, opening its Kingswood office in 2013

Chris Ead

Chris progressed swiftly with one of the country's largest estate agencies to head one of their most successful major offices in Surrey.  Having grown up in the local area, joining the company to head up Saunders Lettings Limited was a natural choice.

Chris brings a wealth of local knowledge and industry expertise to his role.

Chris leads the area's most accomplished lettings team.

Edward Saunders

It would have been impossible for Edward not to have gained ‘secondary’ experience in the early years of the company.  Edward starting his career in another customer-service industry.

Edward was invited to take up a full-time position with the firm in 2012.

Heading up the sales team at Kingswood, Edward is a key member of a remarkably accomplished sales team.

Tracy Townsend   MARLA

Born into a property background, Tracy's father being one of the Surrey’s most respected property developers.  A busy family life took precedence over Tracy’s career in estate agency but her natural skills and experience clearly have never faded.

A result of a chance conversation at Goodwood, Richard invited Tracy join the company in 2013.

Tracy's role is pivotal, assisting with all lettings and sales matters with professionalism.

John Ramsay

Gaining invaluable experience with pro-active estate agents in the South-West London and Surrey areas, most recently with a prestige firm, John was ready for a more senior role with a leading independent.

Joining at the start of 2026, John was specifically recruited by Richard to join at the Banstead office.

Immediately embraced by the established Saunders team, John brings great enthusiasm.

Luke Spearink

Following his career start in the leisure industry, Luke decided that his inter-personal skills should help him succeed in the competitive property sales industry, so he sought the right opportunity.

As part of an ongoing trainee programme, Luke was invited to join the Saunders team.

All members of the remarkably experienced Saunders team are involved in guiding Luke through the early stages of his estate agency career.

Rachel Saunders

Throughout her career Rachel had various secretarial and administrative roles including working within accountants and estate agency.  Following this, Rachel took time out from her career to raise their four children.

Rachel has been at Richard’s side during his career, helping to open his first office in 1997.

Helping with the administration and promotion of the company, Rachel remains central to the team.

Lindsay Weyman

Lindsay’s first career in London’s City and West End lead her to become PA to Chief Executives and Chairmen of companies such as British Steel and Hill Samuel Merchant Bank. After a career break raising three daughters, Lindsay decided to revisit her career.

Richard didn’t hesitate to ask Lindsay to join the firm in 1999, and Lindsay made an incomparable contribution over 20 years to the success of the company before retiring in 2019. Lindsay remains an honorary member of the Saunders team.
