Full expert marketing of your property
Tenant Referencing
Tenant introduction only, with no subsequent management responsibility.  The fee includes introducing a tenant, arranging, and accompanying viewings and negotiation the tenancy.
Saunders Lettings Ltd are part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), and we will hold the deposit for the duration of the *tenancy


RENT COLLECTION SERVICE
Full expert marketing of your property
Introducing a tenant, arranging, and accompanying viewings and negotiating the tenancy
Tenant Referencing
Collection of rent for the duration of the tenancy
Monthly accounting & statements to the landlord
Saunders Lettings Ltd are part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), and we will hold the deposit for the duration of the *tenancy.
Arrangement of required legal documents, such as Gas Safety Certificates*
