Wallington Station to London Bridge and Victoria:   30 minutes
Carshalton Beeches Station to London Bridge: 35 minutes

Until the railway arrived, Wallington consisted of farms, many of them growing lavender which was highly fashionable in the 18th and 19th Century.  Today, a busy town with excellent shopping and fast rail services to London.   Neighbouring Carshalton Village was mentioned in the Domesday Book and retains much of its character. The area has a diverse mix of property, from studio flats to substantial family homes.

By contrast, Carshalton Beeches is much quieter than neighbouring Sutton and Wallington with local shops and mainly semi-detached and detached houses.
