Home to the world-famous Derby Races, Epsom Downs has the wide open spaces of the racecourse and the golf course as well as excellent local shopping and rail services to the London termini from either Tattenham Corner or Epsom Downs Station.  .  The main town centre of Epsom is just over a mile away and has all that you would expect of a thriving market town.   To the south is the rural area of Headley with its golf course and open countryside walks.

Epsom Downs property?  Mainly 1930’s and later development with a wide range of houses and some flats and maisonettes.  Substantial family houses in the roads that border the downs and Headley offers some very substantial houses as well as cottages in a mostly rural setting.
